All bills included. This includes: water, sewer, electricity, Wi-Fi and trash.

If you wish to have a gate clicker there is a $50 charge and $50 deposit. Gate clicker isn't necessary to get in and out of the park.

10ft-19ft=$70 a month

20ft-29ft= $80 a month

30ft+ = $90 a month
